Today, we share both gratitude and appreciation as we announce that our Director of Sales, Susan Baker, will retire at the end of 2026 after many years of exceptional service to the Saratoga Springs City Center and our community.
Throughout her tenure, she has been a passionate ambassador for the City Center, Saratoga Springs, and the entire hospitality community. Her dedication, leadership, and relationship-building have helped bring thousands of visitors to our city, creating lasting economic impact and contributing to the vitality of our local businesses.
She has been a trusted partner to clients, colleagues, hotels, and community organizations, and her collaborative spirit has helped strengthen the relationships that make Saratoga Springs such a special destination. We are especially grateful for her longstanding partnership with Discover Saratoga and our hospitality partners, whose collective efforts continue to showcase all that our community has to offer.
While she is looking forward to spending more time with her beloved grandchildren, she remains fully committed to the City Center and will continue leading our sales efforts while helping ensure a thoughtful and seamless transition through the end of 2026.
As we look ahead, we will begin the search for our next Director of Sales—a dynamic and collaborative leader who will build upon a strong foundation and help guide the City Center into its next chapter of success.
