After 25 years as a race director, 40 years of running (countless half marathons and marathons), and 35 years in triathlon—including over 300 races and 6 Ironman finishes (with a personal best of 10:33) and Kona, Hawaii—I’ve spent decades chasing performance while managing chronic inflammatory bowel disease for the past 25 years.
