As the year comes to an end, we’re reflecting on how much joy and creativity the arts have brought to Saranac Lake (and our surrounding communities)—and how essential your support is in making it all possible.
This year, ArtWorks filled our downtown with music and art through the Third Thursday ArtWalks and ArtMarket. We welcomed visitors into the creative spaces of local artists during our Studio Tours, and helped countless people discover the richness of our arts community through our member brochure, website, and web calendar with ADK A&E. Our tent at the Saranac Lake Farmers Market gave artists a weekly place to share their work, while the Adirondack Plein Air Festival once again captured the breathtaking spirit of our region all week long.
This year, we were proud to introduce a new scholarship supporting a graduating senior pursuing further education in the arts—an investment in the next generation of creators. And behind the scenes, your support helps us lift up our members by assisting with their gallery exhibits, providing workshop insurance, covering essential fees and more.
