Led by guitarist Samson Schmitt, this extraordinary ensemble brings the spirit of 1920s and ’30s Paris into the 21st century with blazing guitars, soaring violin, dazzling accordion, grooving bass, modern originals, and Django Reinhardt favorites.

From Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center to SFJAZZ and Jazz at Lincoln Center, the Allstars have thrilled audiences with their irresistible swing, virtuosity, and pure joie de vivre.

🎹 Thursday, Sept. 10 | A Kurt Weill Cabaret: From Berlin to Broadway

Back by popular demand! Christina Martos and Kristin Ditlow return to UNIT B for an encore performance celebrating the extraordinary music of Kurt Weill.

Travel from the provocative cabarets of 1920s Berlin to Paris and Broadway through songs including “Surabaya Johnny,” “Speak Low,” “My Ship,” “The Saga of Jenny,” “Lost in the Stars,” and, of course, “Mack the Knife.”

With Martos on vocals and Ditlow at the piano, this intimate evening brings together cabaret, jazz, classical music, and musical theater through the work of one of the 20th century’s most distinctive composers.
