After a hard fought Gothia Cup, the boys ended up in the sweet 16 of bracket A out of 186 teams from all over the world. They lost 3 - 2 to an Academy team from Ghana who said they were the best white boys team they have ever played.

Say it isnt so! Tally Ho... The El loco Amreicano's Win their pool! After finishing with a record of 2 wins and 1 tie they move on as the Group #3, first place finisher. They put a shilaking on the Sweeden farm boys today who were from the outskirts of Göthenbug 4-0.

Aldo scored the first goal with a classic header. Kellan drilled a shot bottom right after beating a few players. Jake Yonally scored a cracker with his left foot and then Jerret ended the game with his first goal for the team.

More importantly we have established ourselves as one of the defensive power houses of the tournament with 3 shut outs! Next up the round of 32 for the boys as we play another Swedish team. This will be single elimination or knock out phase of the tournament.

Gothia Cup Update! The boys had a ruff go of things vs a tuff team from Hamburg Germany. The result didn't hurt our chances as we are in sole possession of first place after 2 of our three matches in pool play. With a win vs Sweden tommorow we advance to the first place team in our pool into the championship bracket. A tie and we will move on as the 2nd place seating in the championship bracket as well.
