All ages and abilities are welcome for this family-friendly 5K/10K, and all proceeds help fight hunger here in Utah! The cost is $30/person for 5k and $35/person for 10k, but you can save $5/person when you register by 10/31!

Online registration will close on Tuesday, 11/25 at 5PM and there is no same-day registration.

This 5K/10K fun run is designed for all ages, and we encourage you to embrace the spirit of the day by donning your favorite costumes.

1. Stop by the Salt Lake Volunteer Department to pick up posters and a location sheet.
2. Choose an area in the Salt Lake Valley.
3. Visit high-traffic local businesses to hang posters!
