The SLOREX Team was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Clay Egan this past weekend. Clay was an incredible individual and an inspiration to us all. He was one of our early guest speakers and shared his story of overcoming adversity. Clay was an example to us all but even more so, Clay was a friend to everyone he met. His outgoing personality and genuine interest in others made it feel like you’d been his friend for years, instead of having only just met him. The world is a poorer place with his loss and we extend our love, prayers and thoughts of comfort to his friends, family and loved ones.
Clay was born on November 30th, 1971 and passed away on July 3rd, 2026 at the age of 54
