Good Morning-

We wanted to contact all the coaches attending next week's tournament. We've just published the updated game schedules to TourneyMachine: https://tourneymachine.com/R130096. We will no longer accept requests for schedule changes.

Rules for each age division are available on our website here: http://www.sandwichbaseball.com/pages/Summer_Classic_Tournament

When you arrive at our fields next week, please stop by the check-in/information tent to receive your coach's information packet for the tournament before your first game. Also, just to remind you, if you still need to submit payment for the tournament, please let us know when you plan to pay. If you still need to submit your roster, please do so ASAP.

I've attached a map of our fields. Please pass this along to your parents/spectators on your team so they are aware of where parking is allowed and the field numbering. Our parking lot is one-way, and all traffic should enter off of Water Street from S Main St. Overflow parking will be available at Sandwich Middle School if our lot is full. Parking is first come, first serve, and we do not have parking lot attendants. Vehicle owners and drivers assume all risks for vehicle damage due to the flying ball hazards presented by parking near baseball fields.

We have a full concession stand that will be open daily, and a food truck will be onsite on Saturday. The concession stand accepts both cash and cards. Tournament t-shirts will be available at the concession stand, but there is a limited supply.

Please remind your spectators and parents that NO ALCOHOL of any type is allowed within our facilities. Also, since our fields are part of our local park district, the Smoke-Free Illinois Act applies, which means the use of all forms of combustible to***co, including ci******es, ci**rs, ho**ah, e-ci******es, vapes, and any other electronic smoking devices, in public places is prohibited. Breaking these rules will result in a ban from the facilities for the duration of the tournament.
