Huge shoutout to EVERYONE who participated yesterday - runners, supporters, volunteers, team Schweitzer and Schweitzer ski patrol, our RDs and especially their families who give lots of under recognized time to this event, and our generous sponsors.

This wouldn’t have been a success without each of you. Athletes, congratulations on your efforts out there - it was rugged. Thank you to all of our race support and directors - you rock.

Less than 24 hours to go!! Remember:

☀️ Bring electrolytes: know what you need or abide by the instructions (as for s!caps)
☀️ Carry extra water - 8km too!
☀️ Slow down: heat stress = physical stress
☀️ Cool down: you’ll be on the most exposed parts of all courses during the hottest part of the day. Take advantage of seeps, streams and the lake to cool off
