📢 Registration Opens Thanksgiving Weekend!!

Get ready! All-Star SwingJam 2026 registration opens at midnight on Friday, November 28th (the day after Thanksgiving)

Weekend Passes
- Early Bird: $169 (through Feb 23)
- Late Reg: $199

Single Day/Night Passes
- Fri/Sat Day: $80
- Fri/Sat Night: $50
- Sunday All Day: $50

Free Dances
- Thursday Night Dance + “Bring a Friend” Workshop
- Sunday Night Social

Discounted & Volunteer Options
- Help Us Help You: $85 + 5 volunteer hours
- Volunteer Pass: $0 + 10 volunteer hours
(Volunteer form also opens Thanksgiving Weekend!)

All-Stars: $80 Weekend Pass (must enter All-Star J&J + All American)

Late Registration Fee (after Mar 1st): $15/J&J

Pass Insurance
Protect your pass with our insurance option!
- Weekend Pass Insurance: $10
- Weekend Pass + Comp Fee Insurance: $15
If something happens and you can’t attend, your insured pass is fully refundable (less the insurance fee) for any reason up until 5 PM on Friday of the event. Uninsured passes can be rolled over for one year or transferred to another attendee at no charge.

We are amazed to see that we already have 15 applications submitted for our 2026 Apprenticeship Program in only 24 hours! Last year we had 29 after 4 months, so hitting half of that in only 1 day is incredible. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for wanting to be a part of our event, we are so excited for what All Star SwingJam 2026 is going to bring. 🚀 Applications are now OPEN for the All Star SwingJam Apprenticeship Program!

We’re looking for 4 passionate community members to step into real event roles and learn directly from our staff mentors:
🎶 1 Apprentice DJ (mentored by )
🎤 1 Apprentice MC (mentored by )
📝 2 Apprentice Judges (mentored by )

This program is open to ALL levels!! Your WSDC points will not be considered in the selection process. What matters most is your passion, curiosity, and drive to grow.

Each apprentice will:
✨ Work directly with their mentor before, during, and after the event
✨ Take on real-world assignments at SwingJam (DJ a set, MC a competition, judge multiple comps)
✨ Receive a weekend staff pass, staff hospitality access, and $100 towards travel or lodging

All Star SwingJam is officially returning in 2026! Thank you so much to Michael Nahem for the amazing work on this fantastic new logo, you made it perfect just like you did for our previous logo!
