Jazz Vespers Concerts returns to the historic sanctuary at SLO First Presbyterian Church Sunday, October 13 at 4 pm welcoming the Carl Sonny Leyland-Chloe Feoranzo Duo. Leyland is an internationally recognized pianist whose repertoire spans the Ragtime era through the 1950’s. He specializes in boogie woogie and traditional jazz styles and is a noted radio personality. Chloe Feoranzo is a masterful clarinetist and vocalist who has toured internationally and made frequent appearances with Postmodern Jukebox, Prairie Home Companion and the Late Show with David Letterman. The concert is free/donations appreciated and will be followed by a reception. First Presbyterian Church SLO is at 981 Marsh Street (at Morro) in San Luis Obispo.
