Another stop along the Florida coast. Another place to get hands-on with Cavity Sliders USA Inc! 🌴

Our retail displays are rolling out to more Smith and DeShields, Inc. locations! Regional Sales Manager Kyle Warmbier recently stopped by their Jupiter, FL store to set up a new display stocked with CaviLock hardware, CS SofStop, and pocket door frame kits.

While there, Kyle made a few quick adjustments to the track and CL400 Magnetic Handle on their mini pocket door display. That’s the benefit of hardware and frames designed to be serviced when adjustments are needed.

Regional Sales Manager Kyle Warmbier stopped by Smith and DeShields, Inc. in Boca Raton, FL to put the finishing touches on their new Cavity Sliders USA Inc showroom display.

What do you find behind the walls of a Southern Living Idea House? In this one, 10 Cavity Sliders USA Inc pocket door frames.

Regional Sales Manager Efren Bonal was on site with Kurk Homes at what is now the 2026 Southern Living Idea House in Fredericksburg, TX. He worked alongside Jason Parmet (Senior Construction Manager, Kurk Homes), Emilio Delgado (Delgado Home Solutions), and Mark Mendiola (Builders FirstSource).

When Efren got to the job site, he walked the building crew through a full CS Cavity Sliders pocket door frame installation, from assembly on the floor to setting it plumb in the opening. After the first frame, the crew confidently took over the remaining nine from there.

Today the house is finished, featured by Southern Living, and open for tours through December 20. Those 10 pocket doors are now quietly doing their job behind the walls. đź‘€

Regional Sales Manager Michael Harrawood recently hosted an AIA-accredited lunch-and-learn on "The Benefits of Sliding and Pocket Doors" for the team at Synthesis Incorporated in Indianapolis. Synthesis designs across healthcare, higher education, civic, corporate, and residential work, so the conversation covered a lot of ground.

We covered how pocket and sliding doors work across the sectors Synthesis designs for:
• Reclaiming swing space in healthcare: patient rooms, exam rooms, and restrooms where every inch of clearance counts
• Keeping corporate offices and conference rooms open and flexible without giving up privacy when it's needed
• Spec-cing for civic and public buildings, from ADA-friendly configurations to an extruded aluminum frame built to handle heavy daily traffic
