I’m still processing the past couple weeks but I drew this to celebrate all the joy and festivities of being in Seoul during Jin Festa. It’s what I imagined the boys doing if they won the raffle for session one 🤣

From finding out I won the raffle in Jeju with The Astronaut blaring in the car (thank you for all your manifesting energy), to visiting the neighboring cafes celebrating Jin’s discharge, waiting outside HYBE, actually attending the concert and seeing Jinnnnnn and just being surrounded by ARMY from all around the world… what a dream-like whirlwind!! 🥹

I think Jin’s discharge was especially happy not because our boy is finally back, but because we’re only getting good news in those Big Hit announcements from now on. Our boys are coming back 🥳

I’ll debut the print at Summer Fair July 6-7 and online and at .jtown after.

Come visit me and Greta the Gachapon at Fest this weekend in History Park in San Jose. I’ll have a limited number of mini rice cooker ceramics capsules so best to come early if you want to play 😊.

Once I sell out of ceramics, I’ll switch back to Asian candies enamel pins PLUS an RJ plushy giveaway to honor our Seokjinnie! I’ve hidden RJ in 12 Asian desserts enamel pin gachapon capsules. Thank you .cooper.jr for gifting these to host a fun giveaway for ARMY!

🫡 Brb I gotta focus on my man 😆. I’m off to South Korea for a little adventure and vacation with my fam. .jtown will stay open. (Btw, operates the store for all of us so its hours are unaffected by my personal and work schedule). My online shop and wholesale Faire shop will be closed June 1-19 while I’m away. Order now while you still can otherwise see you when I get back. I’ll be sharing my travels in my stories if you want to follow along (heading to Jeju, Seoul and Busan). ✌🏽

✨“Le Petit Sari-Sari Store” opens this Saturday!!🇵🇭

Know Future Gallery presents “Le Petit Sari-Sari Store” a new solo exhibition of works by Genevieve Santos.

The show is a celebration of Genevieve’s Filipino heritage and takes its inspiration from a sari-sari store, a commonly-found, small neighborhood store selling a variety of goods in the Philippines.

“Sari-sari stores are quite common in the Philippines, but I love the charm and individuality of each of them. Like jeepneys, the shop owners stock and decorate them exactly to their tastes and I wanted to explore what my own artsy version of sari-sari store would be.”

The opening reception will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2-5pm at in Japantown San José, next door to the artist’s shop at Moment Japantown.

As part of the opening reception, .weavers will have a pop-up shop, selling their bolero ternos and other traditional Filipino clothing and accessories, all made in the Philippines.

Special thanks to for helping with the firing of my pieces and .head for designing the sari-sari window facade.

Hellooooo Chicago!! I’m coming back to this weekend! Find me at Artist Alley Z-14. I’ll always remember my first C2E2 as the very last show I did before the pandemic turned everyone’s life upside down and I’m excited to be back and make new memories!
