erse and quality exhibits, we will review the variety and quantity of art to be displayed and sold. Placement is based upon what is deemed most effective for both the Festival and the participants. We are looking forward to our 40th year and hope to continue our past successes. The festival has been judged by artists and craftspeople as one of the best organized and most convenient one-day arts and crafts fairs in Northern California.
