Greetings and salutations dear Ren Prod friends and family. Here’s an official update on 2022 Faire Season:

We are sad to announce we will not be returning this year to South Lake Tahoe or San Jose this year. We will be returning to Folsom the weekend of September 24-25th, 2022.

We will start taking applications via renregister for the event mid April and start selling tickets in May.

Looking forward to seeing everyone then, if not before,

To our attendees, crew, performers, and exhibitors of the San Jose Renaissance and Fantasy Faire,

It is with great sadness that we must announce that the 2020 San Jose Renaissance and Fantasy Faire has been canceled and postponed to next year due to the health risk. It just isn’t prudent to move forward with business as usual, especially in our line of work where we need to be front and center in front of the masses. COVID-19 has impacted cities and businesses across America in many ways — financially, socially, and more. We plan to make the 2021 event more successful and even more popular than ever.

It is our intent to return to San Jose on the regular dates in August of 2021. At this time we are still hopeful for things to clear enough for Folsom to continue as planned. We will be opening the registration for Folsom this Fall on www.renregister.com. We miss all of you and hope to see you all very soon.

Everyone, please stay healthy and safe out there, and know that the Faires shall return.

Heartfelt thanks for a fabulous first weekend of fun from 60 artisan families and hundreds of actors who travelled from as far as Washington and Utah and Bakersfield to be a part of San Jose Renaisance Faire & Fantasy Faire, for just this weekend.

We love to share our arts and crafts with you and yours, our livelihoods and passions. Come and let us make your day special with amazing theatrics, one of the kind wares: leather, jewlery, kids games... birds of prey, Queen’s court, Fay princesses and pixies, bouncy house. Sword fighting, jousting, sheep tossing games, pirate shenanigans, music, country dancing, artisan beer and mead.
