🎉 DFT is supporting small businesses, one party at a time.

For 111 Minna Gallery, DFT has been a post-pandemic lifeline. The longtime downtown arts venue grows from 7 to 25 employees on DFT, and DFT visitors have returned to visit the gallery’s morning cafe or to ask about renting the venue. (As reported by The Frisc last month). 

This downtown art gallery, bar, cafe, and event space (which has been around since 1993) calls it “The best thing that’s happened to the neighborhood”— and that’s thanks to YOU, party people.

Hot dogs. Drag queens. Red, white, and woohoo. Great American Variety Show comes to DFT, featuring the return of San Francisco’s most prestigious display of athletic excellence: the Hot Dog Eating Contest.

Kick off Fourth of July weekend with a celebration of everything weird, wacky, and wonderful—featuring drag, live performances, DJs, and campy Americana turned all the way up.

We’re sad to share that Janelle Monáe is no longer able to join us at DFT this Thursday due to an unexpected scheduling conflict. She was looking forward to DJing for her San Francisco community and is disappointed to miss this incredible kickoff of Pride Month.
