Eclectic Box SF Eclectic Box is focused on bringing stories to the stage that you won't find anywhere else. A 70-seat Theatre in the heart of The Mission.

Our goal is to showcase new sides of theater and introduce as many people as possible to the magic of live performances. Whether it's a reimagining of a classic movie, improv and sketch comedy, or original works you've got to see to believe, Eclectic Box is ready to present all of it. re here to be the new home to the dreamers of dreams, an inclusive space for creativity, the wild artistic pulse that has drawn so many bright lights to our technicolor city. Stop by Eclectic for a chuckle or a court case! Tonight, Resilient Comedy stands up (get it?) for progress and social movement. Partial proceeds will be donated to Mujeres Unidas y Activas.

Tomorrow we've got Kangaroo Court where everything is improvised and the audience is the jury then for even more improv, check out The BOAT's monthly showcase on May 31st.

Improv, comedy, *kangaroos? Oh my! Eclectic Box is closing out May with all of this and more.

On May 27th, Resilient Comedy returns with a night of stand-up and politics. Then Kangaroo Court, a fully improvised courtroom show, comes bouncing in on the 28th, and we wrap up the month with The BOAT's first ever showcase featuring all the performers who have been attending The BOAT's workshop (which also happens on May 24th).

A brand new showcase is premiering at Eclectic Box this June! Beloved San Francisco drag queen Elsa Touche presents Play Space, featuring four never before seen one-act plays. Some are funny, some are whacky, some might even be a little upsetting, but there's only one way to see them all and that's right here at the Box. Runs June 10th through the 13th.

And tonight only: don't miss Sugar Mud, a surreal comedy taking the stage and makin' ya think or squirm or feel however star of the show Meat Bar wants you to feel.

There is some strangeness coming down the pike at The Box! Catch the surreal comedy Sugar Mud next week for one night only, Shotz Pride Edition in June, the new one-act showcase Play Space, and do not (under any circumstances) miss the comedy-horror hit Bloodline from Awesome Theatre. Only five shows left!

Looking for comedy, improv, and to throw a dash of the surreal into your life? Then check out what's happening at Eclectic for this month! We've the one-person out there comedy Sugar Mud on the 20th, the return of Resilient Comedy on the 27th, Kangaroo Court on the 28th where the audience decides the outcome, and The BOAT every Sunday at 6 pm. Plus Awesome Theatre's Bloodlines runs till the 23rd so there's something for everyone!
