Welcome to the oldest, continuous running triathlon in the world! We are home of the Los Angeles Tri

• In existence for 34 years under the direction of Bill Fulton, a true pioneer of the multi-sport arena
• Managers of the “Worlds Longest Running Triathlon Series” formally known as the Los Angeles Triathlon Championship Series
• Series winners receive a unique scroll issued by Los Angeles County
• Each scroll includes the Seal of the County of Los Angeles and is personally signed by the District

Supervisor
• We conclude our season in the fall with the Bonelli Olympic Distance (The BOD) and fan favorite Steamboat Express
• Events are held at beautiful Bonelli Park in San Dimas, California

We apologize for the delay in the communication around the 2025 dates. We will not be hosting a Spring Triathlon in 2025 due to the weather, park and date availabilities. We are working closely with our partners at Bonelli Park to finalize dates for the fall races and we hope to have these posted and updated in April.

Very excited to close out the LA Triathlon season this past Sunday with a spectacular showing at Bonelli Park. Big field, big finish….and big celebrities. We are proud to have hosted the great Michellie Jones in our Championship division. An Olympic medalist, Ironman Champion, Triathlon Hall of Fame are just a start on her many awards. Most impressive is what a great ambassador she is to the sport of triathlon chatting up the participants and constantly taking photos. Thank you Michellie for your contribution to the sport of triathlon and for racing at the historic LA Triathlon.

We're thrilled to announce that the LA Tri is introducing two new categories for our Spring Classic on May 21st and Fall Finale on October 1st, 2023. 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♀️ Athletes can now participate in the Super Sprint or Championship AquaBike! The Super Sprint AquaBike includes a 300M swim along with a 5.5Mile bike, while the Championship AquaBike includes a 1k Swim and 17 Mile Bike. 🏆 Learn more and register today at trievents.com 🏅
