People often ask me why I wrote Mama's Sorry.

The answer is simple.

I wrote it because I learned that love and good intentions don't always prevent us from making mistakes.
Like many parents, I have moments I wish I could do differently. But I also learned that healing begins when we're willing to acknowledge our imperfections instead of hiding from them.

Writing this book wasn't about reliving my past.
It was about offering hope to anyone carrying guilt, shame, or the weight of "I wish I had..."
My prayer is that every person who reads it walks away believing that accountability and grace can exist together.

Have you ever had a conversation that brought healing to a relationship?
I'd love to hear about it. 🤎

Have you ever been your worst critic?

There was a time when I judged the younger version of myself very harshly.

I replayed mistakes.

I questioned decisions.

I carried guilt longer than I carried grace.

But healing taught me something I’ll never forget…

You can’t change your past by punishing yourself.

You honor your past by learning from it, growing through it, and extending yourself the same grace you would give someone else.

Today, I don’t celebrate perfection.

I celebrate progress.

If you’re reading this, I hope you’ll remember:

Give yourself permission to become someone your past never imagined you could be.

🤎Tell me…

What’s one piece of advice you’d give to your younger self?

There was a season in my life when I thought I had failed as a mother.

I carried guilt, shame, and regret for years.

Writing Mama's Sorry wasn't easy. It meant facing my mistakes, asking for forgiveness, and discovering that God's grace is greater than our past.

If you've ever wished you could go back and do something differently, I want you to know this:

Healing is possible. Restoration is possible. It's never too late to begin again.

I'd love to know...
What's one lesson motherhood has taught you?
