The 5th Annual Advent Real Estate & Property Management's North PB Sip ‘N Stroll presented is back for it's 5th installment. The North PB Sip N Stroll is a Pacific Beach Community Business Marketing Street Fair promoting the residents and businesses of this wonderful and supporting neighborhood. On Sunday, July 30th, 2017 from 11:00am to 5:00pm, this FREE to attend & FAMILY FRIENDLY event promotes

and uncovers the Pacific Beach Community brick & mortar and “from-home” businesses we all love. We packed Cass St between Loring & Opal St with an estimated 7,000 + neighbors throughout the day. This proved to be a great opportunity to meet your neighbors and familiarize yourself with all of the local Businesses & Restaurants in our Beautiful neighborhood we love so much.
