The Grad Nite Committee is asking you to help spread the word:
We need help from all parents to make this Friday’s Grad Nite safe and successful. We're especially asking underclassmen parents to “pay it forward” by volunteering. Senior parents are often busy with graduation events, so your support now is especially appreciated.
Click below for volunteer opportunities:
Set Up: Wednesday 5/28 or Thursday 5/29, 9 AM – 5 PM; Friday 5/30, 9 AM – 9 PM; or clean up on Saturday morning, 5/31
Event Night: Friday, 9 PM – 2 AM (especially need Safety Squad and Dismissal volunteers)
These roles are vital to ensure all grads leave with a responsible adult and avoid unsafe situations. Volunteers will be supported by the Grad Nite Committee all night.
We know midnight shifts aren’t easy— but this all-night celebration gives our seniors a fun and sober way to mark this huge milestone. Please consider helping a few hours during this important event. Grad Nite’s future depends on the support of our parent community.
