Level was high all weekend. When it came time to crown the best of the best, these artists stepped up and shut it down.

Three straight days of packed aisles, nonstop tattooing, loud stages, and serious collectors. From first-time walk-ins to full-day sitters, from wild sideshow moments to Best in Show battles — San Diego showed up for the culture.
