CSUSB - Special Events and Guest Services "Every Day is a Celebration" University Advancement's primary purpose is to advance the university via private support, communications and alumni relations.

The mission of the Office of Special Events is to facilitate well-managed events that enrich the college-going experience, build campus pride among CSUSB students, provide hands-on training for student career development, increase community engagement, and raise public awareness of the vitality of the CSUSB campus. The Office of Special Events and Guest Services works collaboratively to plan and p

roduce high-profile elite events and functions that involve senior university leadership as well as community friends and donors, ensuring that the highest of standards are reflected in the planning and presentation of events. In addition, the office serves as a gateway for internal and external communities in identifying, scheduling and the billing of appropriate campus venues for the lease and use of facilities. The office serves as a one-stop concierge service in working with external groups to ensure a seamless and trouble-free experience. The Office of Special Events and Guest Services also manage all aspects of the James & Aerianthi Coussoulis Arena, a 5,000-seat multi-purpose arena.

HEY GRADUATING YOTES 🐺🎓💙! here’s our step by step guide on how to access your tickets: 1- Log in to MyCoyote and navigate to the Graduation One Stop Tile.

2- Click on Step 4: Participate in Ceremony and Manage Tickets.

3- In step 4, click on “Unlock Ticketmaster Code.”
This code is specific to you and will allow you to claim tickets for your ceremony on the Ticketmaster website.

4-Next, click on the Ticketmaster link under, “Unlock Ticketmaster code”
This link is specific to the tickets for your ceremony date and time.

Once on Ticketmaster:

5- Click on the “unlock” button and enter your Ticketmaster code.

6- Select the number of tickets you wish to claim by clicking the (+) button and click “Next”
You can only select the maximum number of tickets allotted for your ceremony.

7- To continue claiming your tickets, you must sign in to an existing Ticketmaster account or Sign Up for a new account.
Make sure to use a valid email address.

8- Enter your personal information under the “Payment” section. Note that all tickets are FREE.


9- Review your information, and click “Place Order”


Once the tickets are in your Ticketmaster account, you can transfer them to your guests.

Access those tickets and congrats on graduating 🎓!

IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR GRADUATES!!

Reminder: Registration for the Spring 2026 Commencement closes on April 17th at 5:00pm and Ticket information will be released on April 18th.

Please check your graduation one stop tile through your MyCoyote to ensure that you have completed ALL steps for registering and have accessed your grad pass.

ATTENTION GRADUATES!!

Important announcement: The spring 2026 commencement registration deadline is on April 17th @5:00pm!

How to register:
1)Log into your my coyote and click on the graduation one stop tile.
2)click on step 2 titled “Register for commencement” and fill out the form provided with your ceremony information.
3)once you click submit you will click on a button titled “Tassel” where you will put your name pronunciation.
3)Once you complete your name pronunciation and click submit, you will be fully registered for the ceremony!!
