CALL FOR VENDORS: Guayabera Fest SATX

Vendor applications are now open for Guayabera Fest 2026, the sixth year of the festival but the first year being an OFFICIAL Fiesta San Antonio Event!

Last year we saw nearly 7,000 attendees and this year we are expecting even more!

We are looking for traditional Fiesta food vendors, specialty food vendors, non-food crafters, makers, exhibitors, artists, and even food trucks.

📅 Saturday, April 11, 2026
⏰ 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
🎟️ Gated & ticketed festival with live music all day, cultural programming, incredible vendors like you, and more!

Food Vendors Receive:

8x8 professional booth provided and set up for easy load-in

Festival-branded signage provided for each booth

Food & fire permits are included in the rate.

Non-Food Vendors Receive:

10x10 professional tent provided and set up for easy load-in

Concrete weights for safety are provided

All Vendors Receive:

110v electrical outlet

Overnight security for day-before load-in

Eligibility for significant media & social media promotion
