Winterfest At Raymond Russell Park is organized by Kidsville Optimist Club and now has moved to San Antonio. This event encourages the arts from our youth by showcasing their talents. It also gives a purpose to bring the community together by encouraging those to bring a new, unwrapped toy for children

less fortunate. The Elf Louise Christmas Project will distribute toys collected from Winterfest Helotes to needy children in Bexar County.
