Southside! - So great seeing everyone yesterday afternoon at City on a Hill - Summer! We enjoyed some paletas and pizza and discussed the following stories from the Bible:

The sinful woman and how Jesus sees us.
A story about a religious man and a repentant sinner and who Jesus says was justified before God.
A story about an Ethiopian leader who was trying to follow God and how getting baptized was his first step of following Jesus.
A story about how Jesus says we're a "City on a Hill, a Lamp on a Lampstand" and how and why we should let our light shine before others.

We're already looking forward to the next festival which will be our Thanksgiving Celebration the Sunday before*** Thanksgiving weekend (Sunday, November 23rd, 2025). See you then!

Can't wait to see everyone tomorrow at the Rotunda Pavilion in Mission County Park (close to the river) from 4-8pm for our Summer Festival! We'll have free paletas and dinner too. We just read and discuss the stories and hang out - it's fun, family friendly, and encouraging!
