Look at that bark — deep, cracked, Central Texas mesquite armor. You can practically taste the smoke through the screen.
Now we’re wrapping her tight in foil with a big pat of butter and all those dripping pan juices… locking in every drop of moisture for the final 2–3 hour ride to 165° perfection.

The Rancho la Mission pack just grew by SIX! 🐻❄️✨
Our gentle queen Zola (first-time mom) and our ranch boss Boss welcomed six perfect Great Pyrenees puppies — all healthy, all ridiculously fluffy, and already stealing hearts left and right.
Watching 130 lb Zola tenderly carry these little polar bears around with Boss doing proud-dad patrols is the purest thing ever 🤍
These babies are already growing FAST — eyes opening soon, wobbly first steps, and full zoomie mode on the horizon.
We’ll be posting updates almost daily, so turn on post notifications… you won’t want to miss a single fluff milestone!
