Remember when A Night In Old San Antonio® meant surviving on b**r and soft drinks? The San Antonio Conservation Society is not eliminating either, but thankfully, our beverage game is evolving. Whether you’re lined up for Bongo K-Bobs or just people-watching with friends, what would be your go-to NIOSA® drink if you could order a new favorite? Anyone thinking of mocktails? Maybe beverage flights? Drop your desires in the comments. Let us know if you actually pace yourself with water now (we have that too!)

The Classic NIOSA® Foodie Debate

Why did the aguacate break up with the Maria's Torilla?

Because things got a little too cheesy, and it couldn't handle the heat!😅🥑🧀🔥

🎓💙🧡 Lola la NIOSA® Takes a Trip to UTSA! 🧡💙🎓

Look who made a special visit to the UTSA campus! Lola la NIOSA® was excited to explore, soak up the sunshine, and meet some wonderful Roadrunners along the way! 🐦✨

She even found some UTSA spirit and got to show off her beautiful fiesta dress! 💃🌸 Lola says there’s nothing better than bringing a little NIOSA fun, San Antonio tradition, and fiesta spirit wherever she goes!

Thank you to the wonderful UTSA students for welcoming Lola and helping make her visit extra special. ❤️

One sunny morning at NIOSA®, Lola la NIOSA® found a book in the office titled "Saving San Antonio, Preservation of a Heritage." Curious, she opened it up and began to read. As the pages turned, Lola discovered the amazing stories of people who cared deeply about their city - who saved historic buildings, protected traditions, and made sure San Antonio's heart never faded.
Lola felt proud to be a part of a city where history matters and where every volunteer, every smile, and every act of kindness helps preserve the magic. Lola is happy, mostly since she will do her part every day."

Happy Book Loves Day.

Looking for a relaxing afternoon? Come visita La Villita! 🎨🐾
From unique local art to the warm smiles of shop owners and workers, there’s always something to love here. But one of the best-kept secrets? The friendly cats that call these historic courtyards home! 🐈
They love lounging outside the shops and greeting shoppers as they pass by. Drop a 🐱 in the comments if you’ve ever stopped to pet one!

Festive & Lively (Focus on the NIOSA Experience)
A Night in Old San Antonio, and a Toast to the World!
There's no place on earth like NIOSA (A Night In Old San Antonio)! It’s a four-night cultural explosion, and what better way to celebrate its diverse areas than with a cold b**r for International B**r Day?
Whether you're boot-scootin' in the Frontier Town, savoring Anticuchos in the Mexican Market, or getting punny with Aguacates, a ce***za is the perfect companion. Raise a glass and join the celebration for preservation! 🍻✨ NIOSA 2027, April 21st – 23rd.
