In our artisanal winemaking process, we meticulously craft small batches, producing only 60 gallons or 300 bottles per batch. Every vintage is hand-bottled, corked, and labeled to ensure the highest quality. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our 92.3% success rate, winning 12 medals out of 13 entries in prestigious competitions. This dedication to perfection is at the heart of our boutique, small-production ethos, making us stand out in Texas and beyond. The rave reviews for our wines aged in Rebecca Creek whiskey barrels have led us to invest in six new barrels, with plans for more. Our commitment to creating unique wines lends itself to greater sustainability and continued growth in our professional arena.
