🚨 **FOOD VENDOR SCAM ALERT** 🚨
Scammers are impersonating the Utah State Fairpark and falsely offering food vendors spots at events. Unfortunately, multiple vendors have already lost thousands of dollars.
Please remember:
• We will **NEVER take payment over the phone**
• We will **NEVER charge an application fee before acceptance**
• For large festivals and events (such as Redwest), we will **NOT request payment through Venmo**
• Always check the sender’s email address carefully before paying (Fairpark staff emails ALWAYS end with ".com")
If you are unsure whether an invoice or acceptance is legitimate, please call us at **801-538-8400** before sending payment.
Please share this warning with other food trucks and vendors. Similar scams are happening at fairs and venues across the country.
