Chef Marco, a proud brand ambassador for brings his passion, artistry, and culinary expertise to every dish he creates. With a rich background in Italian cuisine, his innovative yet approachable recipes showcase the versatility of Galbani cheeses and the heart of Italian cooking.

In 1988, Chef Marco became the youngest restaurant owner in Western New York when he opened Marco’s Italian Restaurant in Buffalo, NY. For over 35 years, he has been serving beloved, traditional Italian dishes and is affectionately known as the “Sangwich King”—thanks to his famous Marco’s Italian Deli, Home of the Original SANGWICH!
