She’s alwayMaeve Reissfind a story. It started directing doc films over a decade ago and elegantly interwined with a photojournalistic approach to photography. There’s a powerful connection she feels in capturing
a subject in their element— the rawness, the movement and the emotion.

Maeve shoots heavily on film and loves to capture before the stage, behind it, and the moments in between that make this character on stage human. That’s the beauty of this profession and the power of her camera. There’s a story behind every image.

She’s shot OutsideLands, RedWest Fest, Fort Desolation and handfuls of local shows in our beloved local venues.

Concert photography not only lets him document the local music scene but also allows him to showcase how passionate both the bands and the audience are about music in every way possible.

Diego has covered a wide range of national & international touring artists like Lorde, Turnstile, American Football at Kilby Block Party 2026, and Garbage at The Complex.

Maeve Reiss has been a doc style photographer for over a decade. She’s shot loads of festivals and shows, but loves a good Super8/35mm storytelling project with an artist much more. Her career started in film and has since inspired many side projects connecting community through analog experiences, pop up concerts & community activations.

She is the founder of LANDLINED, currently the producer for Sofar Salt Lake, a freelance creative producer and photographer and the Vice Chair of Events for WIM. Her focus is to create spaces where people can find new music, support local artists, inspire others to be more creative and both elevate & enhance one’s music experience.

The Pit: Behind the Lens opens FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16TH 📸 A concert photography exhibition putting Utah’s live music photographers’ work where it belongs: on the gallery wall.

For one night, the barrier becomes a gallery. The sweat, the light, the “three-songs-and-out” shots are all off the hard drive, printed, framed and shown off like the art pieces they are! 🎨
