One way you can make is by buying and eating local. 🌱🌎
Supporting local farmers and growers keeps land in agriculture, and protects it from being sold off, developed, or turned into something that further disconnects us from our food and our roots. It also cuts down on food miles.
This year at Earth Day Jam, and at every Happy Roots event, we choose local. We’re proud to put our money where our mission is… by once again sourcing as much as possible locally… and dedicating our event budget right back to our community.
