The Grind Run/Walk Road Race At Beck's Mill The Grind Run/Walk Road Race is a out and back 5k beginning and ending at the historic Beck's Mill

This is an out and back course, beginning and ending at Beck's Mill. Hill challenge (The Grind) out of the start then rolling with a grand downhill finish! Your family/group can take advantage the trails and hike (over 4 miles of trails!) while you compete. Volunteers will be dressed in period clothing and ready to host this great event for all. Post race snacks, variety of home made soups, and

drinks will be provided
5K early registration fee is $12. Late registration fee is $17 (After September 30)
