Happy Halloween everyone!! We hope you all have a wonderful day if you are in Salem, or are somewhere else in the world! We will be open tonight even if there are showers, and though we have some umbrellas for our guests, you are welcome to bring your own! And as a side note, congratulations to the Red Sox!

We have had a lot of people who come to our attraction who are confused/upset about the lines. The site that we use requires us to have everyone sign a waiver before they enter. We CANNOT have you enter our attraction without that, and as such, we need to see you sign it in person, and not just bring it with you signed ahead of time. This means that you must wait in line to do so before getting your ticket and going in, regardless of if you have purchased ahead of time. We had considered having set times to go in, but that causes another problem with people showing up late/early etc and then not being able to get in, and we didn't want to have to turn anyone away! If you are confused about which line to wait in, just ask! Our staff will do everything they can to make your experience pleasant! Halloween in Salem means long lines, we apologize that we have them, but it is either an hour long wait with us for a 10-15 minute experience, or a 2 hour long wait downtown for a 2-5 minute experience. Most of our patrons really enjoy our haunt, and of course, some will not. We apologize to those of you who came and got something they didn't want, but to the thousands of you who have told us what a wonderful time they had, we thank you. We will see the rest of you on Halloween, and hope you enjoy your time in Salem!

Good morning everyone! We'd like to clear up a bit of confusion that people seem to be having when they come to our ticket booth. Even if you have pre-paid tickets, you must wait in line to sign our waiver and receive your glow necklace! There is no separate line for pre-paid, that only gives you the convenience of paying with a credit card as we have no power on site for our ticket booth. Please be aware that there is very likely a wait, as our attraction takes about 10-15 minutes to go through depending on how your group reacts to the scares, and we do not want to shorten that experience for anyone. Please be understanding and we will do our best to get everyone into the village in a timely manner! We are open tonight and Halloween night 6:30 to 10pm, and look forward to scaring those who have not yet attended!!

Good afternoon everyone! Much thanks to our patrons and haunters who braved the cold last night! Chilly screams echoed over the pond as bats flew over a blood red moon! As a friendly reminder, Salem will be closing some streets today, but we are still accessible via Canal St to Forest Ave, which becomes Clifton, and our parking is still FREE!

A huge thank you to everyone who came to our haunt last night! We apologize for an extra long wait. There is an attraction that takes place on site before us, and unfortunately we have no control over when it finishes, and last night it ran over into our time a bit! Have no fear, it has been addressed and we will do everything we can to give you folks a timely wait! But please keep in mind, we can only take so many groups through at once, and this is Salem in October, you will have a wait at ANY attraction you attend in town during this month. Plan accordingly and bring something to read/do while you are waiting in lines in our fair city! Have a lovely rest of your weekend everyone!
