Witch Hats on the Wharf 🧙 Salem packed Derby Wharf this morning for a 400th-anniversary overhead photo, and the hats did not disappoint.

Spotted in the crowd: a fur coat, rainbow scarf and purple pants under one very tall hat, two plague doctors in red robes and pointed hats, three witches in black velvet, a little one with a purple hat and a cauldron, and a French bulldog in a witch hat and a Salem bandana. The overhead shot came from a Salem Fire tower ladder raised over Derby Street, with the Custom House in the background.

No Guinness, no official count. Just a lot of Salem in one place. Let me know in the comments if you attended.
