SALEM, MA THE DAY IS HERE 9/12

Doors Open at 6pm and music begins at 7pm at with , , , and . Then we head to for EMO KARAOKE.

Note about tonight: Moon Base One is SOLD OUT. There will not be tickets for sale at the door and once we reach occupancy, it will be one in one out. We're doing our best to accommodate the massive demand for tonight, including reconfiguring our setup for more standing room inside the venue. The TLDR; Friday Night ticket holders, 2 day ticket holders, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers that want to attend should arrive as close to 6pm as possible.

Moon Base One is an all ages, sober space.

Koto Karaoke is free and open to the public. There's plenty to do tonight.

is HERE! This weekend (9/12 and 9/13) we descend upon the city of Salem for our annual music and community festival.

Moon Over Salem benefits our Rising Artist Scholarship Fund - a scholarship given to prospective music and arts students from the Greater Salem Area.

If you're in this weekend, this is the place to be.

If it's your first time to Salem, you may be asking where to go and what to do so consider this your cheat sheet.

We have 3 central box offices. On Friday, we are set up at Moon Base One. On Saturday we are set up at Cinema Salem, Moon Base One, and Charlotte Forten Park. You can come to our box offices to pick up your presale wrist bands and merch. You can come to our box office to buy your festival pass and limited exclusive merch. At in , we will also feature live screen printing by ! While you're at our box offices, make sure to grab our zine designed and printed by that includes a map of our stages and everything you need to know about our festival!

Parking in Salem: check out the Destination Salem parking website for everything you need to know. There is street parking. If you are able bodied, we recommend parking in the MBTA garage.

Public Transportation: we are accessible by bus and by train. The station and garage are a 7 minute walk from Cinema Salem.

Friday's show: SOLD OUT. If you are coming to Moon Base One Friday night, please come as early as possible to make sure you can get in before we reach our occupancy limit. Doors open at 6.

Saturday: Doors Open at 12 for Cinema Salem, Moon Base One, Charlotte Forten Park, and Bit Bar. If you're looking for tickets by stage on the day of the festival, they will be available at each venue in limited quantities. All venues are subject to occupancy so arrive early to see your favorite artists.

was an incredible day in Salem. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success.

is a volunteer run non-profit with a mission to increase access to underground music in the greater Salem area. We did exactly that yesterday.

It couldn't have happened without our incredible crew. Thank you so much (backline) (our amazing visuals) (sound at Ames Hall) .all.this.tom.foolery and a list of volunteers too long to mention that punched far above their weight to make a success.

Here's what you need to know:

🌜 is a music and community festival benefiting our rising artist scholarship for local prospective music and art students
🌜 36 bands + a vendor market from 12pm-12am in downtown Salem
🌜 The market at Old Town Hall and Derby Square (brought to you by ) begins at 12
🌜 Every venue will have a box office beginning at the time of doors. The first box offices to be open are Old Town Hall, Cinema Salem, and Ames Hall. If you have tickets, head to one of our box offices to pick up your wristbands.
🌜 If you would like to buy a ticket at the event, there are a limited number of all-acess wristbands (sponsored by ) and by-stage wristbands available. You should inquire about by-stage wristbands at the stage you'd like to attend. Quantities are limited by venue capacity.
🌜 Entrance to venues will be restricted if venue capacities are reached. We recommend staking your place early.
🌜 All venues are within walking distance of one another and QR codes will be at the box office to scan if you need directions
🌜 Parking information can be found at the Destination Salem website. There are a number of lots and garages convenient to the venues as well as metered street parking. The best value for the day is Salem Station Garage.
