Every Wednesday in May, we’re giving you a simple workout to help structure your training.

This week:
• 10 min easy warmup
• 4 x 2 min steady effort
• 2 min easy recovery between each
• 10 min cooldown

Scale it however you need:
Run it by effort, not pace. New runners can keep it conversational, experienced runners can push the tempo a bit.

Every Wednesday in May, we’re giving you a workout to help structure your training and build consistency heading into race season.

Today’s workout:
🔥 10 Minute Warmup
🔥 6 x 3 Minutes Hard
🔥 2 Minutes Easy Recovery Between
🔥 10 Minute Cooldown

Newer runners: start with 4 rounds.
Advanced runners: progress each round faster.

Workout Wednesday, with only 144 days until the FLRR 2026-27 season kicks off - let’s get after it 💥

This week’s focus: controlled speed + strong finish

The Workout:
• 1 mile easy warm-up
• 3 x 1 mile @ comfortably hard (think 10K effort)
• 2–3 min easy jog between reps
• 1 mile cool-down

Goal: Build strength at pace without blowing up. You should finish feeling worked… not wrecked.

Whether you’re chasing a PR or just getting more consistent, this is the kind of work that moves the needle.
