Our goaI is to inspire & empower Every Woman to be Totally Beautiful The Shades of Beauty Expo was created for women of color who desire innovative culturally-focused beauty products and health information to reduce health disparities. The Expo aims to gather women of color for sharing, inspiration and a celebration of beauty! The goal of The Shades Of Beauty Expo is to:
* Celebrate the essence of women of color
* Inspire attendees by providing opportunities to learn techniques for better hair care, new styling, and makeup application
* Empower women to be critical consumers by gathering information about available products tailored to their unique cosmetic and health care needs.
* Educate women on strategies for self-care (nutrition, diet, physical, mental and spiritual wellness)
The Shades of Beauty Expo will showcase:
* A diverse exposition of ethnic-focused health and beauty professionals
* Workshops and demonstrations presented by industry leaders
* A trade mart where entrepreneurs and top corporate brands will display their cosmetic and wellness products. Attendees can interact with product managers to discuss specific needs, discover new makeup, hair care solutions, and products that complement their unique style.
