David Harland is a Minneapolis-based fingerstyle guitarist and singer/songwriter known for his emotive, intricate acoustic music. His latest album, The Escapist, showcases expressive instrumental compositions that offer a sense of calm and introspection. David performs solo and with his trio, SÓL Strings, featuring violinist Jesse Kellermann and multi-instrumentalist Cierra Alise Hill, blending lyrical melodies with rich chamber-folk textures.

Kick It At Kellogg is relaunching its Yoga in the Park program, starting this Sunday, July 27th from 10-11am, and repeating every Sunday through the end of August!

We hope you’ll help us in welcoming Yoga in the Park’s new host: Laura Craig of Love Centered Healing!

Laura has been teaching yoga for over six years and has called Saint Paul home for more than a decade. If she's not teaching yoga you can find her at a local coffee shop, strolling along the river with her dog or cooking up some delicious food with her closest friends. Her yoga classes are grounding, breath-centered, and designed to help you feel strong, present, and at ease—both on and off the mat. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning, come move, breathe, and reconnect. She can't wait to meet you on the mat!
