The Granada Theater holds the distinction of being the first neighborhood theater in Minneapolis to screen movies with sound. It was also the first "atmospheric" theater built in the city. Atmospheric theaters were designed to evoke a sense of being transported to an exotic outdoor location, such as the Granada's "Spanish Garden." Step inside this gorgeous theater and get whisked away to Spain! Open Saturday and Sunday.
