What started in 2007 as a small showcase of student work has grown into a community-wide event drawing more than one thousand attendees last year. The festival is named in homage to Matthew 5:16, which says, “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” Films featured in the festival are evaluated on their portrayal of Christian values in addition to their storytelling and production quality.

Huge congratulations to all our winners this year. Matthew 5:16 states: "Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." Seeing the hard work and talent of each of our students reminds us of how amazing our God is, faithfully equipping each of us with unique gifts and strengths. A big thank you to our special guest speaker this year, Randall Wallace, for joining and inspiring us to boldly pursue our passions!
