Tour Five Regional Parks, two great trails and Mississippi River National Park

The unrivaled beauty ~ the gauntlet is thrown down! ~ of the Classic is its rich mix of handsome cityscapes with scenic swaths of nature. There's miles of riding down Mississippi River Boulevard with a parade of stately homes followed by a jaunt across the river into the jungle-like woods of Lilydale Park. Surprise ~ there's Pickerel Lake and the Saint Paul Mudsteppers swinging their tunes.

The rainbow-arch Robert Street Bridge returns riders over the river and through historic Lowertown before heading up the Bruce Vento Trail to Lake Phalen. More music, more refreshments and more lakeside riding.

Whether this is your first Classic, or your 31st, you'll find something to love here. As an early fan of the Classic put it: "This tour made me want to move to Saint Paul."
