We are proud to announce this year’s Grand Marshal for the 37th Annual Southside Fall Festival… Mary Hubbard! 👑

Mary has been a cornerstone of our community, faithfully running the Valley Food Kitchen for an incredible 36 years, serving countless families with compassion and dedication. Her selfless work has made a lasting impact on so many lives in the Southside.

Mary moved to the Southend 40 years ago, where she built a life rooted in service, kindness, and community spirit. She has also shared 46 wonderful years of marriage with her husband, Chris—together embodying commitment, love, and strong community values.

We are making some big changes to the parade this year and taking it back to our beginnings!

Beginning this year the SSFF parade will stage/start at Kovac’s Fireworks (7701 SE King Hill Rd) and end at King Hill/Cherokee St!

We are hopeful these changes will make staging and pickups more organized & safer for all!

Our committee is dedicated to bringing you the best festival experience possible!

We will be implementing several changes this year to improve the safety of all who attend! To start, You will notice a change in hours of operations for this years festival.

Don’t Worry-We will still have Friday Night Fireworks just an hour earlier!

Thats a Wrap for the 2025 Southside Fall Festival!

We want to Thank all of our amazing patrons, vendors, & bands for joining us this year! We could not have asked for a better turn out this year and weather!!

As always, we want to Thank all of our Emergency personnel, security, & volunteers for the time they put in over the weekend to make the festival a safe, clean, & fun event for everyone.

Also, to our 2025 SSFF officials and volunteers who not only work tirelessly over the week of the festival but also the 6 months leading up to the festival to plan and prepare.

Last but not least a huge shoutout to our Committee Chairman Della who bears the brunt of any issues or problems with our festival and juggles it all effortlessly!

Our committee will begin meetings for the 2026 Festival in March so if you or someone you know would like to help plan or have ideas on how to improve the festival they are welcome to join us at any of the monthly meetings!!
