AugustFest is coming to Civic Center Park in St. Joseph, Missouri on August 7th–9th, and we’re looking for amazing community members and businesses to help make this event a success!

📅 Event Dates: August 7th, 8th & 9th
📍 Location: Civic Center Park, St. Joseph, MO
⏰ Festival Hours: Multiple shifts available throughout the day and evening

We are looking for volunteers to assist with:
✅ Kids Zone Attendants
✅ Information Booths
✅ Vendor Assistance
✅ Setup & Teardown
✅ Parking & Guest Services
✅ General Festival Support

No experience is necessary—just a willingness to help and have fun!

We’re gearing up for an exciting weekend at AugustFest (August 7–9 at Civic Center Park in St Joseph MO) and we’re currently accepting vendor applications!

🚫 At this time, we are NOT accepting:
• T-shirt vendors
• Cup/tumbler vendors
• Crochet items
• 3D printed items

✅ We ARE looking for a variety of vendors, including:
• Handmade goods (woodwork, metal art, home décor)
• Boutique clothing & accessories
• Jewelry
• Bath & body products (soaps, candles, skincare)
• Art, prints, and creative displays
• Kids items & toys
• Specialty food vendors (pre-packaged goods, baked treats, snacks)
• Food trucks & drink vendors
• Direct sales & unique small businesses

💡 Vendor Details:
• Craft / Direct Sales / Reseller Booth: $85 (includes 15x15 space)
• Non-Profit Booth: $35 (proof required)
• Electricity Add-On: $20 (must bring your own extension cords & equipment)
• Set-Up: August 7th at 10:00 AM (morning set-up required)
