March is National Women’s History Month, and at the St. Joseph, MO Marathon we love celebrating the incredible women who make our running community stronger every single day. 💪🏃‍♀️

Today we’re giving a special shoutout to one of our favorite runners, Tina Torun! Tina traveled all the way from Alaska to complete the 2025 St. Joseph, MO Half-Marathon, bringing energy, determination, and that unstoppable runner spirit with her. She is currently traveling to earn a medal in all 50 states!

As if that wasn’t impressive enough, Tina is currently on day 163 of her running streak as part of the legendary Measly Mile Mafia. Rain, snow, sunshine — when you commit to running every day, you prove that consistency and passion can take you anywhere.

Tina represents exactly what Women’s History Month is about: strength, perseverance, and inspiring others to lace up and keep moving forward.
