Happy July! June was FULL of high notes for Open Stage, all of which were made possible with the grants we received from the Northeast Prevention Coalition. In order to help make Open Stage as successful and welcoming as can be, NPC and Open Stage are looking for your feedback regarding our June programming. Please take a few minutes to scan the above code and fill out this survey if you attended any of our events in June- as a reminder these include: Game Night 6/5, Pride Carnival 6/12, Painting, Potluck, and Powerful Drumming 6/19, and Tie-Dye at Final Friday 6/26. Anyone who fills out the survey will receive a free Open Stage sticker! PLEASE spread the word to any and all folks who visited us in June, we appreciate your time and feedback!

Please answer these questions to the best of your ability pertaining to Open Stage
