We will never get over what one performance does to a kid. 🤍

A stage, hundreds of people, a heart going a mile a minute. And they get up there and do it anyway.

Something clicks in that moment. They were scared, they did it, and they were okay. And just like that, they stop taking your word for it and start believing it themselves. They can do hard things. They have the proof now.

And that does not stay at the theater. You see it at school, at tryouts, anywhere they have to be a little brave.
