A moment on American Idol just turned into pure rock history.

Carrie Underwood stepped onto the stage and kicked things off with Rebel Yell, owning every note with fearless energy. The crowd was already on its feet, but no one saw what was coming next.

Steve Stevens appeared with his signature guitar, sending the excitement even higher. Then the stage lit up as Billy Idol himself walked out, turning a great performance into an unforgettable one.

Voices collided, the iconic chorus echoed through the room, and the audience felt every second of it.

With their upcoming honor at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, this performance felt bigger than a duet. It was a reminder that true artists never stay in one lane, and sometimes the most powerful moments come from the unexpected.

There’s been a lot of talk about new USDA labeling rules for beef, poultry, and eggs—so let’s break it down in plain English.

🇺🇸 “Product of USA” is about to mean something again.

Starting in 2027, companies can only use “Product of USA” or “Made in the USA” if the animal was born, raised, slaughtered, and processed right here in the United States.

That’s a big deal.

For years, imported meat could be brought into the U.S., processed here, and still carry a “Product of USA” label. That created confusion for consumers and frustration for American producers.

This new rule tightens that up.

BUT—here’s what you need to know:

➡️ These labels are still voluntary
➡️ Companies don’t have to label country of origin at all
➡️ Imported beef can still be sold—just without the USA label

So while this is a step toward more transparency, it’s not a full fix.

🐄 What does this mean for you?
It means labels will be more accurate—but it’s still important to pay attention to what you’re buying and understand where your food comes from.

At the end of the day, clearer labeling is a win—but informed consumers are what really make the difference.
