We are excited to announce a special new opportunity coming to this year’s conference! For the first time in conference history, Lynn MacDonald will be hosting an exclusive guided discussion created specifically for caregivers and participants with lived experience.

Included with your conference registration, this meaningful session will provide a safe and respectful space to share, listen, connect, and be heard. Through guided conversation, participants will explore important topics including:

✨ The experiences that shape our journeys
✨ The vital role of family caregiving
✨ Navigating life transitions
